How it Works

Teledentix is a teledentistry management tool that allows for virtual appointment requests, video conferencing, and digital referrals. For a limited time, Cigna is offering complimentary Teledentix accounts* to the first 200 providers to sign up!

Virtual Appointment Request

Your MyCigna listing and profile will include a button that allows members in your area to request a virtual appointment directly with you.

As a provider with a virtual appointment option, your profile will have priority placement at the top of the page so members will see you first.

Virtual Visit

Once the appointment is booked, both you and the patient will be notified with links and reminders to join the HIPAA-secure video conference. At the time of the appointment, simply launch the video call from your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

Attract New Patients

MyCigna matches your zip code with patients in your area seeking virtual dental care. New patients are increasingly preferring virtual options for consultations so they can ask questions and establish a relationship without the need to come to the office.
