After you create your Teledentix account, our expert team of Implementation Specialists will invite you to join your initial setup session.
During this session, your Implementation Specialist will work with you to map out how Teledentix will be used within your organization. This includes defining goals and best practices for a successful launch. Each session after the setup session will be strategically tailored to your organization needs and goals.
We work directly with your team to ensure everyone is provided with the necessary tools to succeed within Teledentix. Together, we’ll establish best user practice and implement team daily workflows.
The second training session will give your team an opportunity to ask questions and review any homework that was given during the first training session. Individual users and account administrators are encouraged to join this session.
By the third user training, your team should be fully confident in using Teledentix. This session will focus on fine tuning your Teledentix account in preparation for your live date.
Live dates are defined by patient activity within your account- the platform is now ready for operational use for daily business. On this day, our team will be on standby for live-day virtual support.
After your live date, we’ll set up a post live check-up to make sure everything is going smoothly within Teledentix. The main focus of this session is to refine the workflow of your team and make sure your team is using Teledentix to its full potential.
