I'm experiencing connection issues. What can I do?

Here are some tips to help improve your experience while on your video call.

  • Close down any unused tabs in the background.
  • Shut down and restart your video call session.
  • Make sure you are using the most recent and up-to-date version of your internet browser. Update Google Chrome
  • Clearing your cache on a regular basis is recommended when using programs with video and audio features.
  • Using a device from work or school? Your network administrator may have firewalls or network security settings only your IT department is able to disable.
